This section contains interactive cases dealing with diagnosis and treatment of various types of urinary tract infection. The imaging portion of each case is provided by Dr. Robert Older and the therapeutic portion by guest consultants. Dr. Jay Gillenwater is the guest consultant for case 1.

Case 1 contains a CT scan of the kidneys which can be controlled by the slide bar under the CT scan. The viewer can therefore scroll the CT scan back and forth. There is a multipart question which will advance to the next section with each correct answer. The "Higher Quality" version contains a synchronized audio tract.
