Since 2001 Dr. Older has been the moderator of the Howard M. Pollack pyelogram hour, a long-standing tradition at the annual meeting of the Mid-Atlantic section of the American Urological Association. Each year residents are sent these cases as unknowns prior to the meeting and and then discuss the cases during the pyelogram hour. The cases presented at the 2001, 2002, 2007 and 2008 meetings are currently available. The cases are presented as unknowns, but there is an answer screen following each case.
